Custom Furniture Orders

All custom furniture orders are subject to availability. Once a design is approved and a deposit is made, the order will proceed to the crafting stage. Changes to the design post-approval may incur additional charges, depending on the complexity of the modifications and the stage of production.

Please note that custom-made furniture orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. As each piece is crafted to your specifications, we cannot offer exchanges or returns except in cases of defects or damage during delivery.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all custom furniture orders. This deposit is used to secure materials and initiate production. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon delivery and installation of the furniture.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed upon at the time of order. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest or suspend delivery until the outstanding balance is settled.

Delivery and Installation

CustomCraft will coordinate delivery and installation at a mutually agreed time. Please ensure that the delivery area is accessible and prepared for installation. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or transportation issues.

Any damage to the furniture during transportation will be assessed, and appropriate remedies, such as repair or replacement, will be offered.

Limitation of Liability

CustomCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or products. We strive to deliver high-quality craftsmanship, but we cannot guarantee that every piece will meet your exact expectations due to the unique nature of handmade furniture.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. In no event shall CustomCraft or its representatives be held liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury resulting from the use of our website or services.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the website after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
